President
Barry Jilin is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator serving clients throughout Illinois and Florida and the President of One Republic Mortgage, a residential mortgage lending firm focused on helping borrowers secure competitive home financing solutions.
With more than 15 years of experience in mortgage lending, finance, and banking, Barry Jilin works with first-time homebuyers, real estate investors, and homeowners seeking refinancing. Through One Republic Mortgage, he helps clients navigate the mortgage approval process while identifying financing options that align with their financial goals.

Barry specializes in a wide range of loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, ITIN, and other government-backed mortgage programs. His approach emphasizes clear communication, strong documentation preparation, and underwriting readiness, helping borrowers move efficiently from application to closing while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Barry holds a degree in Finance and Economics from DePaul University and actively supports community initiatives including the Lisker Music Foundation and the MS Ride for Life.
